It's Time to Live on Purpose

Hello Friends,
Can you relate to any of these:
Have you ever gotten to the end of the day and thought: "Where did the day go?" You were busy, but you don’t have much to show for it.
Have you ever found yourself reaching for your phone without thinking?
Or walking into the kitchen and opening the refrigerator, only to realize you're not actually hungry?
Maybe it's 5:00 PM and before you've even thought twice about it, you're pouring a glass of wine because that's simply what you've always done.

If that's you, you are not alone. Our brains love familiar routes.
Even when we consciously decide we want something different, our habits, routines, and automatic patterns often drive us back to what's familiar. It's not because we're lazy, broken, or lacking motivation. It's because our brains are designed to conserve energy and automate behavior.
The same thing happens in every area of our lives.
We start the year with goals, intentions, and dreams. We tell ourselves this will be the year we prioritize our health, strengthen our relationships, grow our business, deepen our faith, or finally do the thing we've been putting off.
Then life happens.
Responsibilities pile up.
Distractions compete for our attention.
Stress takes over.
Old habits return.
Unexpected curveballs force us to pivot and rethink our path.
And before we know it, we're halfway through the year wondering where the time went.

How many of you started 2026 with goals, intentions, or dreams?
